At stussy-hood.shop we want you to be happy with your purchase. But if you need to return something, here’s how:
Return Rules:
- Time: You must return your item within 2 days of getting it.
- Condition: The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still on.
- Packaging: Return it in the original packaging.
Items You Can’t Return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal items like underwear
- Customized items
- Used or damaged items
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Email us at admin@stussy-hood.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship It Back: Pack the item with the RA number and send it to the address we give you.
Refunds: After we get your return, we’ll check it and let you know if your refund is approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Exchanges: If you want a different size or color, email us. We’ll process the exchange once we get the returned item. You pay for return shipping.
Damaged Items: If your item is damaged or defective, contact us right away. We’ll fix it or give you a refund.
Shipping Costs: You pay for return shipping. If we give you a refund, return shipping costs will be taken out of your refund.
